AFASTAMENTO DE EMPREGADO APOSENTADO: Ao empregado aposentado que se mantenha trabalhando ap\u00f3s a aposentadoria e seja afastado por doen\u00e7a ou acidente, ser\u00e1 pago o seu sal\u00e1rio limitado ao maior valor de aposentadoria paga pelo INSS, pelo per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de 6 (seis) meses.<\/p>\n

ALTA M\u00c9DICA: No caso de alta m\u00e9dica concedida pelo INSS, se a empresa se recusar a reintegrar, imediatamente, o empregado, por for\u00e7a de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seu m\u00e9dico do Trabalho, ficar\u00e1 obrigada a pagar o sal\u00e1rio nominal referente aos dias n\u00e3o cobertos de INSS, at\u00e9 o limite de 6 (seis) meses.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico – N\u00e3o se aplica o estabelecido nesta cl\u00e1usula se o pr\u00f3prio empregado julgar-se incapacitado para o desempenho de seus fun\u00e7\u00f5es, mediante declara\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00f3prio punho do trabalhador.<\/p>\n
